The Philippine Association of Chemistry Teachers,
PACT, organized in Manila, Philippines in 1961 envisions
itself as a dynamic partner of the Philippine government
in national development, social transformation,
and economic advancement through excellence in chemistry
education and community service; and in cooperation
with other chemistry societies to serve as a resource
for God and country in the professional development
of chemistry educators/teachers.
